About KAM

A virtual version of a fractional CFO

KAM is what happens when a real financial-review methodology gets encoded into software instead of a slide deck. The name is an acronym — KAM: Kam’s Automated Metrics — capitalized to tell the platform apart from Kam himself.

CPA — Founder, RISE Consulting Group

KAM — The Virtual CFO is the software expression of the review methodology Kam runs in his CFO advisory practice: first establish whether the numbers can be trusted, then find what's wrong, then read what the numbers say, then decide what to do next.

The product runs that same sequence as deterministic, versioned accounting checks with evidence attached — not as a language model's best guess. The intelligence layer is a knowledge base of review guidance, rule rationale, and entity-specific awareness notes — CPA-designed, continuously maintained, and versioned like code.

To be precise about what KAM is not: reports are generated by software and are not individually reviewed by Kam Karamshahi or RISE Consulting Group. KAM does not provide audit, review, compilation, attestation, tax, or legal services — and any finding or proposed entry should be reviewed with a licensed CPA or qualified professional before you act on it.
